Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept any new/tagged/unworn item for return/exchange/store credit within 30 days from delivery.
Only item(s) in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of delivery.
Returns/exchanges are accepted by mail. We suggest registered mail, or couriers, to avoid lost packages.
All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment if elligible.
Original shipping and duty/tax fees are not refundable. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Return Instructions
To make it as easy as possible, please use the same box provided for you in your original order to return your items. Please do not use envelopes as items tend to get damaged and will not be accepted for return.

Type in your Web Order # and email address (email address must be the same used to place the original order).
Select the item(s) to be returned.
If you need assistance with your return, please email us at [email protected]. Please include your web order number. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm European Time.

Shipping
To Track Your Order:

- Click on the Order # you wish to track.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt. Orders placed after 12 p.m. CET will be processed the following business day (not including weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after Friday 12 p.m. CET, or during the weekend, are shipped on or before the following Tuesday.
For customers within the E.U. please allow up to 5 business days after order was shipped for delivery. Expedited shipping services are available.
If an item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, we will notify you if and when the item will be available prior to shipping your order.

Most orders are shipped out of our Carpi, IT, within 2 business days and delivered to E.U. addresses within 5 days.
Expedited orders are shipped out the same day if placed before 12 p.m. CET.

Fit and Size Help
Bra sizes do not necessarily equate across brands. Some brands run large, some brands run small, some stores may fit you in your “sister size” because they do not actually have your true size in stock.
The best way to start is to measure yourself and use those most current accurate true measurements.

To enter a discount code, click on the 'Check Out' button at the bottom of your Bag. Enter your discount code at the checkout and then click on the 'Apply' button. If your code is not accepted, double check to see that you have entered the code correctly, and that it is applicable to the items in your cart. Only one discount code may be used per order.
General
If you would like a gift receipt included with the order instead of a regular packing list, please add it to the order comments before you complete the checkout.
We also offer Gift Wrapping for an additional charge, and E-Gift Cards.
Properly caring for your lingerie, bras and bralettes will extend their life. Wash only in cold water, delicate cycle if you must wash in machine.
Lingerie wash is recommended – it is less harsh on your delicate lingerie items.
Never dry your bras or bralettes in the dryer. Dryer heat damages elastics and fabrics.
For our Pima Cotton Bella PJs, please wash in cold water, delicate cycle and line dry. Do not dry our PJs in the dryer as this can lead to shrinkage and added wear.
Gifting

Your digital Gift Card is delivered by email to your recipient with instructions on how to redeem.
To have your order gift wrapped:
Add the item or items to your cart
Click on the link in the cart that says 'Add order notes or gift wrap'
Select 'Please gift wrap my order'
The gift wrapping fee is currently $10 but may vary depending on the time of year. Current pricing is on the site.
